suspense of irony stance [and strange elegy]

ironic spectacles slipped,
positronic force field fest.
Come be a canoe-rocker,
card carrying disturber of doldrums.
Honest honcho, head investigator.
Put our heads together
for the field felt.

Call me a professional
Call me hellarad, come
Mourn me or make me
Sad for something I used to be,
A tiny hidden body living inside
Like limbs from a failed twin.

if it weren't for
the violent memories
i'd like this house.

in this door, under
this poster, there's a large hole,
splintered and gaping.

i wrote about
the hole before. i'm stuck
on this image;

the hole is still there
despite the decorating.
I can't get past it.

I was trying to list the memories
but instead I kept coming up against the
hole. The subject doesn't want containment,
doesn't want a neat register of haikus
and semi-haikus.
