support, networks not there.
Perhaps we need techies to

athena and jerry won't rent
their beautiful but frou frou
house to unemployed poets
walking up telegraph i spotted
motorcycle boys and strange
enough, they happened to be the
only biker boys i know in this
bay area. one of them was the
subject (object) of a long poem
a long time ago.
it had crossed my mind that
those bikeboys might be they but
i'm always thinking things like
that, imagining familiar
people in strange towns
and seeing faces who aren't
there. but then it was them,
and i was looking at the
wrong one as i said hello,
confusing the faces under the
bug-helmets and confusing myself.

who didn't drink but now goes
barhopping once i called you
very angry but only on paper
now you go gambling in the
evening so i hear.
